What This Means for Your Radon Installation
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
We install radon mitigation systems in accordance with nationally recognized standards, proven practices, and Colorado requirements.
That includes:
-
Professional system design and diagnostics
-
Proper fan and piping installation
-
Practical routing of piping through reasonably accessible areas
-
Sealing of cracks and openings required for mitigation
-
Verification of radon reduction when testing is included
We focus on solutions that work while respecting the structure and construction of your home.
INSTALLATION WARRANTY (WHAT’S COVERED)
We provide a five-year, fully transferable workmanship warranty covering how your radon mitigation system is installed.
-
If an issue is caused by installation workmanship, we will correct it
-
Most radon fans we install carry a five-year manufacturer warranty
-
We help honor applicable manufacturer warranties for covered mechanical defects
ABOUT RADON LEVEL GUARANTEES
A radon level guarantee is not included unless it is explicitly listed in writing in your estimate.
If your estimate includes a 3.9 pCi/L radon level guarantee, system performance is verified using a required post-installation test.
If test results exceed the guaranteed level:
-
We evaluate the system
-
We determine appropriate corrective actions based on site conditions and access
Important notes:
-
Some adjustments are straightforward
-
Other situations may require additional work depending on conditions beyond our control
-
Any additional work is discussed and approved in advance
The radon level guarantee:
-
Applies only to livable areas of the home
-
Remains valid for five (5) years
-
Requires proper system operation and continuous power
-
Applies only while the system remains unaltered
-
Does not apply to radon originating from water sources
WHY ACCESS MATTERS
Radon mitigation depends heavily on access.
Unfinished basements and crawl spaces usually allow:
-
Easier sealing
-
More flexible piping routes
Finished or concealed construction may limit access, including:
-
Finished walls or ceilings
-
Framing or boxing
-
Insulation or liners
-
Stored materials
Work behind finished or concealed construction is not included unless specifically approved, as it may require removal or modification of existing materials.
When access limitations are encountered, we evaluate the conditions and review available options before proceeding.
CHANGES AFTER INSTALLATION
Changes to the home after installation can affect radon levels and system performance, including:
-
Remodeling or finishing work
-
Additions
-
HVAC modifications
-
Drainage or grading changes
-
Patios, driveways, or landscaping
If you are planning changes, we are happy to discuss how they may affect your system.
THE BOTTOM LINE
-
We install systems professionally
-
We stand behind our workmanship
-
We honor manufacturer warranties
-
We communicate clearly
-
We evaluate conditions and review options before any additional work
Clear expectations lead to smooth projects and reliable results.

FAQ About Residential Radon Mitigation
Our dedicated customer service team is ready to address any inquiries and assist you every step of the way.
Radon mitigation involves the installation of a system that prevents radon gas from entering your home or reduces its concentration to safe levels. Typically, this is done by creating a venting system that redirects radon outdoors.
Once installed, radon mitigation systems require minimal maintenance. Regular check-ups to ensure proper functioning and fan replacement, if necessary, are recommended to keep the system effective in the long term.
